I recently purchase the book The Sneaky Chef by Missy Chase Lapine and it has been a life saver!

The basic premise is that you "hide" vegetable purees in foods kids love. This is brilliant I say, brilliant!
But don't let the idea of spinach in your brownies scare you away. (Believe me, they are delicious.)
Making the purees can be a bit time-consuming. But getting my toddler to eat cauliflower is worth it.
She recently released a second cookbook with recipes aimed towards men. Luckily, the hubs eats healthfully on his own. But I'm sure some of you out there need encouragement.
I had no idea there was a second book out. I will have to buy that one too! Davis is great about eating his fruits and veggies but a little more never hurt anyone! Thanks for posting about it! his
